The manufacturer labels these disposable foil pans as 2 lb. pans but they are closer to 1.75 lb in capacity (28.5 fl. oz). A great in-between sized pan when choosing between our 1.5 lb. and 2.25 lb. pans. Ideal pans for small to mid size entrees and take-out meals. Freezer and oven safe. Ideal for pre-prepped dinners and meals. Pan can be frozen then directly heated in a conventional oven or toaster oven.
